Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All ticket purchases for the Captains of Industry  Gala are non-refundable. Once a ticket has been purchased, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal plans, scheduling conflicts, or weather conditions.

Ticket Transfers

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to connect@caribbeanculturalarts.org no later than 5  days before the event date. Include the new attendee's full name and contact information.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

• If the organizers cancel the gala, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

• If the gala is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 30 days of the latest date announcement.
   

Force Majeure

In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the event. In such cases, we will communicate refund or credit options based on the situation.

Refund Protection

We do not offer standard refund protection. However, you may consider purchasing third-party event insurance or travel insurance if desired.
